Shake IT - Trial & Feedback Promotion Terms and Conditions

Limited availability. A US$100 gift voucher is available only to eligible customers who BOTH enter into a qualifying trial of Shake IT’s Dropbox Sign for Procore integration AND complete the designated feedback survey during the Promotion Period, while voucher supplies last. Registration or a demonstration alone does not qualify.

1. Sponsor and promotion period
The promotion is offered by Shake IT LLC, 1771 Wildhorse Drive, Granby, Colorado, 80446 (“Shake IT”). It runs from 20 October 2026 through 20 December 2026, or until the available vouchers have been allocated, whichever occurs first (“Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States, who are at least 18 years old and the age of majority in their state, and are authorized to establish a trial for their business. Participants must be permitted to accept the voucher under applicable laws and their employer’s gift and ethics policies. Shake IT employees and persons administering the promotion are ineligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Both requirements must be satisfied
During the Promotion Period, the customer must:

• Enter into a qualifying trial of Shake IT’s Dropbox Sign for Procore by accepting the applicable trial terms and having the trial account activated; and

• Complete and submit the designated feedback survey, answering all required questions accurately and honestly.

 

The survey and trial must relate to the same customer or business. Registering interest, requesting a trial, attending a demonstration, or submitting an incomplete survey does not qualify.

Completing the entire trial period or purchasing a paid subscription is not required. A favorable survey response, public review, or endorsement is not required.

4. Limited availability and allocation
There are 10 vouchers available, each an Amazon voucher worth US$100. Limit one voucher per person and per business.

Vouchers are allocated in the order customers complete both requirements, subject to verification. The qualification time is the later of the recorded trial activation and completed survey submission. Ties are resolved by the earlier survey submission, then the earlier trial activation. There is no random drawing.

Registration does not reserve a voucher. Shake IT will mark the offer as closed when the allocation is exhausted. Customers who satisfy the requirements within the available allocation remain entitled to their voucher after verification.

5. Verification and delivery
Shake IT may reasonably verify identity, business affiliation, survey completion, and trial activation. Duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or materially inaccurate submissions are ineligible.

6. Trial terms
Trial duration, features, any charges, cancellation procedures, and any conversion to a paid subscription will be disclosed before enrollment and governed by the accepted trial terms. These promotional terms do not authorize billing or automatic renewal.

Once a voucher has been earned, later cancellation of the trial or a decision not to purchase does not, by itself, remove that entitlement.

 

7. Voucher conditions and taxes
The issuer’s lawful redemption conditions and any restrictions will be disclosed before participation. Expiration dates, fees, transfer restrictions, and cash redemption provisions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits legally required cash redemption rights. Participants are responsible for applicable taxes.

 

8. Privacy and communications
Shake IT will process personal information as described in its Privacy Policy, including to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, provide the requested trial, and deliver vouchers.

Consent to unrelated marketing emails, calls, or text messages is not required to receive a voucher. Any required marketing consent will be requested separately. Participation does not waive applicable privacy rights.

 

9. Changes and legal rights
Shake IT may make reasonable changes necessary to address fraud, technical failure, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law. Material changes will be posted on the promotion page and will not retroactively remove voucher entitlements already earned.

Nothing in these terms waives nonwaivable rights or remedies under Florida, California, Colorado, or other applicable law, or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
